Spektrix ticketing and box office system website integration

Our digital and creative teams recently got to work updating the Queen’s Hall website to bring it up-to-date, as well as improving the What’s On sections and the booking functionality. Following this redesign and rebuild, r//evolution completed updating the Queen’s Hall website to integrate it with the Spektrix ticket sales/box office system. 

The Spektrix box office system is used by theatres, halls, opera houses and arts centres across the UK. Spektrix provides customers with the functionality to book tickets, with an easy to use online system that allows users to register or login, choose a delivery or collection method, choose their seats plus it connects with in-house box office systems – helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. 

Our expert digital team were able to integrate the Spektrix software seamlessly into the Queen’s Hall website, improving the user experience across the site (and making life a lot easier for the team at Queen’s Hall too).
