We’re celebrating after being shortlisted for an amazing five Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) PRide Awards.

r//evolution was shortlisted in five categories this year including: Outstanding Public Relations Agency of the Year, Regional Campaign of the Year, Integrated Campaign of the Year, Consumer Campaign and Outstanding Young Communicator of the Year.

We’re delighted to have been recognised for our client work - our hard working team is thrilled that our peers have acknowledged the high quality of our services as well as the big impact some of our recent campaigns have had.

As a creative and innovative agency, we strive to go above and beyond for our clients each and every day. We’re results focused in all that we do and our award entries highlight the positive legacy and real business benefits our work delivers.

Public relations and communications is an area of our business which consistently delivers great results for clients and we’re proud to work with some wonderful clients including the RSPB, James Burrell, Roker Pier & Lighthouse and Haines Watts.

To be shortlisted as Agency of the Year is incredibly exciting - we’ve already had lots of well-wishes from customers, suppliers and peers. Of course, we can’t wait until the awards evening in December – it’s always a great opportunity to celebrate with friends and colleagues.

Our very own Account Manager, Beccy has been shortlisted for Outstanding Young Communicator too. After graduating with an MA in Media and Public Relations from Newcastle University, Beccy joined the business as a Junior Account Executive in 2015 and now leads the business’ online marketing team.

She is also co-founder of exPRience - a project in partnership with the CIPR which works with regional students and graduates to bridge the gap between formal education and employment. It has helped hundreds of graduates - bringing together industry leaders at regular events.

We like to think our people are our greatest asset and Beccy is a real credit to our organisation - she goes the extra mile and her work in bringing on the next generation of PR talent is lovely to see. So team r//evolution will be cheering her on at the awards evening later in the year.

The CIPR PRide Awards recognise outstanding work communications teams are delivering for clients and employers across the UK. Winning a PRide Award marks you out as an industry leader so it’s great to be involved.  

r//evolution was shortlisted for numerous PRide Awards in 2016 and won a Silver Award for best Consumer Relations Campaign so we’re hoping to build on our previous successes this year.

We’ll be sure to let you all know how we get on in December but we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed until then.
